Role Summary

Responsible for managing organization‑wide QA functions, leading teams in IPQA, OQA, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and supporting the QA Manager in handling complaints and corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead QA function including supervising subordinates in IPQA, OQA, and internal audit
  • Communicate with customers to align QA operations with customer quality requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Assist QA Manager in managing customer complaints and provide prompt feedback on quality issues
  • Authorized to implement corrective actions, escalates nonconforming products or processes, and ensures containment of potential nonconforming products
