Your role
Understand and set direction to various procurement categories, particularly Office Products & Equipment and Contractor Services. Ensure supply availability, meet quality standards, and deliver best value to the companiesFormulate and manage strategic relationship with suppliers, monitor and perform periodic review to ensure suppliers’ performance and qualityEnsure Tender/RFx with relevant bidder lists are properly issued, evaluated, shortlisted, negotiated, accepted and completed in accordance with the then-current purchasing policy and proceduresWork closely with internal stakeholders to achieve results, advising and influencing when necessaryResponsible for compliance of standing policy, procedures and certification requirements, and regularly review practices, policies, procedures, and systems in light of emerging best practicesContribute to purchasing savings plans and provide insights ...
