- Assist the Project Director in planning, executing, and completing property development and office fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Support admin & contract administration processes.
- Responsible for ensuring in keeping and maintaining all site reports/project documents in good order at all times.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
