MP Lundy Construction, a 50+ year old construction management company in Ottawa, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Reporting to the VP of Construction, and working closely with our Project Managers, the APM's responsibilities will include: Preparation, distribution, and control of project documentation Review specifications for submittal requirements Obtain the proper bonding and insurance as required by projects Manage all finance-related paperwork associated with a project Prepare monthly billings to clients Review and approval of shop drawing Coordination of SI/CCN/CD between trades Keep drawing markups current Attending project meetings as required Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals Assist the Estimating department in the closing of tenders Key Qualifications: Post-secondary education focusing on the construction industry 3 to 5 years of related experience Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e...
