Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.
  • Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
  • Implement company construction policies and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff.
  • Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly.
