Job Description
Qualifications Required- 2-4 years' experience in wastewater management, STP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise all structural works (RCC foundations, tanks, clarifiers, pump houses, buildings, etc.) as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, curing, and finishing activities.
- Plan daily/weekly work schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Ensure timely material availability and proper site coordination.
- Maintain quality as per IS codes, including BBS verification, slump tests, cube tests, and QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain reconciliation records.
- Prepare DPR, measurement sheets, and support billing processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and HSE guidelines.
- Resolve site-level structural challenges in coordination with design/consultant teams.
