Assistant Project Executive

Responsibility:

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.

  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed.

  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner.

  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure.

  • Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible.

  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.

  • Securely backup all documentation.

  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required.

  • Qualifications Required

  • GCE O level

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
