Assistant Project Executive
Responsibility:
Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.
Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed.
Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure.
Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible.
Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.
Securely backup all documentation.
Carry out administrative duties as and when required.

GCE O level
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
