Responsibilities




  • Managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects

  • Possess sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
