This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Program Manager at COMPASS PeopleSkills Services, based in Silang, Cavite. The Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs. Key tasks include coordinating with trainers and participants, managing schedules, preparing program materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training sessions. The role also involves monitoring program progress, ensuring adherence to established standards, and contributing to the development of new people skills training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Training Operations.
