Job Description

• Guide and evaluate the progress of PhD students from the development of a research proposal to the submission of the final thesis.
• Conduct PhD coursework classes such as Research Methodology, Advanced Research Methodology, and Research and Publication Ethics.
• Write research projects, organize research methodology workshops using tools such as SPSS, AMOS, and bibliometric software (e.g., Vos Viewer), and publish in leading high-impact journals.
• Supervise PhD students for executive doctoral programs and teach associated coursework.
• Publish scholarly articles and generate intellectual property such as patents.
• Organize research-oriented events and conferences.
