Job Description
Job Requirement:
Ph.D. in International Relations or an equivalent field. Preference is given to candidates with foreign qualifications and publications in Impact Factor or SCOPUS-indexed journals. The applicant should have at least one year of experience working in higher education institutions or research organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet annual targets assigned by the HoD.
To work to appropriate targets as set by the Dean/Director of University to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.
To teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
To develop learning materials, prepare schemes of work and maintain records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
Contributes to the development of module information packs, assignments and examination questions. As well as assessing students' progress and providing feedback.
