The College of Law at UAE University is seeking to appoint a faculty member in the field of Civil Procedure Law based on the following criteria:

• Academic Qualifications: The applicant must hold a PhD in Civil Procedure Law or an equivalent degree from a recognized and reputable university.
• Research Record: The applicant should have a distinguished research record, including publications in peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journals, and an appropriate H-index reflecting their scholarly impact.
• Teaching Experience: The applicant must have at least five years of teaching experience at a recognized and reputable university, with competency in teaching in both Arabic and English.
