About the Role

The Department of General Management Resources at Mount Royal University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning July 1, 2026. We seek an individual who can contribute meaningfully to the general management program. The candidate will teach courses that align with their expertise, which may include General Management core classes (e.g., Management Principles and Practices, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Management) and/ or departmental electives (e.g., Corporate Social Responsibility, Governance & Ethical Issues, and Environmental Management). The successful candidate may also have the option of developing and delivering a special topic(s) course in General Management in the future. Applicants are encouraged to highlight their qualifications and interests in each applicable subject area of interest.
