Responsibilities

• Conducting counseling sessions for students.
• Consult with faculty, staff, and parents regarding student concerns and make referrals to appropriate resources, both on and off-campus.
• Develop and implement outreach programs and workshops to promote student well-being and prevent mental health issues.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling interventions.
• Creating annual reports.
• Supervising junior psychologists.
• Planning the annual calendar.
• Forecasting and planning workshops and events.
• Conducting workshops for students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
