Job Description

This dynamic role combines both office-based planning and hands-on production activities. You will be responsible for production planning, executing MRP/ERP, managing shop orders, and receiving materials. You will also engage in assembly, painting, testing, and general duties. You will lead a team of 4–5 employees and support the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily production activities and personnel.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and labor.
• Provide production updates and insights to management.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Monitor workflow and introduce process improvements.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and resolutions.
• Work closely with other branches for materials arriving monthly.
