Job Description
The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure production schedules are met, and manage resources efficiently. The role includes monitoring quality standards, coordinating with different teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and identifying areas for process improvement.
Willing to be trained, and later on promoted to Production Manager.
Ability to manage time effectively and ensure the achievement of production goals.
Strong Leadership to handle workers.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus but not mandatory
Prior experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or production industry is highly desirable.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
