Assistant Process Manager

Job PURPOSE:

 Working side by side with the Production Manager and cross-functionally with the entire team, the Assistant Process Manager is responsible for team member safety, producing high quality malt, and production plan attainment while controlling operating costs of the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • You will be monitoring the daily operations and the achievement of the daily production plan, the scheduling, receiving, and shipping plan. (SAP management)
  • You will follow up and collect data from process to develop continuous improvement projects that need attention, prioritize work, whether achieving a milestone of doing an implementation (create charts for data analysis)
  • Leading continuous improvement meetings
