• Support the Practice Manager in the smooth running of the practice, including the development of efficient management systems and delegation of tasks.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the surgery, ensuring effective processing of administrative work and liaising with the reception and administration team.
• Lead the attainment of Local and National KPIs and promote the development of reception staff, identifying training needs and supporting personal development reviews.
