Assistant plant head - urgent

Overview

The Assistant Plant Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of the steel manufacturing facility, including the Melt Shop, Rebar Mill, and Wire Mill. This senior role requires strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a focus on operational excellence, safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; advanced qualifications are an advantage. Experience: 20–25 years in steel manufacturing with hands-on experience in melt shops and rolling mills, including leadership roles. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of steelmaking technologies, equipment, process flows, safety norms, and environmental standards.
