- Receive orders released to production in Acuna Fabrication Email.
- Request BOM from the Materials planning department for specific orders.
- Provide customer service regarding statuses of orders.
- Schedule orders ready to start manufacturing and take each order to the Layout department.
- Process and Schedule No Charges.
- Update the Release Log.
- Make status changes, ship dates, and add Shop order notes.
- Process the orders that went to RDBL when the drawings are already approved.
- Provide ship dates to customers for scheduled orders.
- Support and contribute to 6S and continuous improvement program
