Qualifications
  • Receive orders released to production in Acuna Fabrication Email.
  • Request BOM from the Materials planning department for specific orders.
  • Provide customer service regarding statuses of orders.
  • Schedule orders ready to start manufacturing and take each order to the Layout department.
  • Process and Schedule No Charges.
  • Update the Release Log.
  • Make status changes, ship dates, and add Shop order notes.
  • Process the orders that went to RDBL when the drawings are already approved.
  • Provide ship dates to customers for scheduled orders.
  • Support and contribute to 6S and continuous improvement program
