Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search Ads and Meta Ads, with strong ownership of tracking and analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Experience: 2–4 years

Location:Andheri, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Search and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Track and improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Set up and manage GA4 events, funnels, and reports
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights
