Key Responsibilities
Support monthly payroll processing across multiple UK sitesProcess payroll changes including pay, bonuses, deductions, pensions, and statutory paymentsComplete reconciliations, variance analysis, journals, and control account checksEnsure compliance with HMRC, RTI, pensions auto-enrolment, and year-end reporting (P60s, P11Ds)Maintain payroll records in systems such as ADP, Sage, Workday, or SAPResolve payroll queries and monitor shared inboxesSupport system upgrades, testing, and process improvementsAssist and guide payroll administrat...
