Assistant Outlet Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Assistant Outlet Manager to support the leadership of one of our Benne cafés in Mumbai.

You’ll work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, strong team coordination, and consistently warm guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership — someone who thrives on the floor, understands operations deeply, and is eager to grow into a full-fledged Outlet Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards
• Assist in preparing weekly rosters and managing shift coverage
• Supervise FOH and BOH teams during shifts, ensuring coordination and service efficiency
• Lead service on the floor during peak hours and step in wherever needed
