The Assistant Manager – Operations will own end-to-end execution of operational workflows across D2C and B2B verticals, ensuring seamless order processing, vendor coordination, dispatch, installation, and customer experience. This role combines hands-on execution with managerial ownership, acting as the operational backbone for day-to-day delivery excellence and continuous process improvement.
