Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager
Location: Alabang
Shift: GY Shift | Full Onsite
Job Details:
Must have/Non-negotiables:
2 years of pure INSURANCE EXPERIENCE (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Amenable to start on February 13th.
Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
Good to have:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
