Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Assistant Operations Manager role is pivotal in ensuring smooth functioning of pension operations. Responsibilities encompass managing processes related to pension administration, overseeing employee performance, and tracking targets to ensure efficiency and compliance. The role is open to suitably qualified Caymanians.
