The Assistant Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of theproperty, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and smooth operationalflow.

This role supports the Operations Manager and works with the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concernsprofessionally via phone and email
  • Concierge Services and guest support throughout the stay
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues efficiently and with discretion
  • Support the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external partners to ensureoperational standards are met
