The Assistant Operations Manager (MIT) will be responsible for assisting with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.
MIT program: Our MIT program is a blended-learning, eight-week program focused on immersing a manager in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar business within the facilities industry. Training takes place on-site at one of our Fortune 200 client locations and guides trainees by integrating hands-on training, expert learning, real-time feedback, and personalized advice.
