Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Operations Assistant Analyst.

Job Summary

Reporting under the Plant Manager, the Operations Assistant (OAA) ensures compliant and organized document control aligned with existing and implemented company policies and management systems, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC. The OAA stands as the document and data control custodian, and manages enrolled and controlled documents. The OAA coordinates with all Department Heads and shall lead document review. On top of this, the OAA administers and facilitates budget administration, disbursement and liquidation of the revolving fund.
