About the job ASSISTANT OFFICER PROCUREMENT (BUYERS)

  • Key responsibilities

Execute integrated sourcing and procurement processes and follow prescribed procedures toward fulfilling procurement needs

  • Execute purchasing of goods and services and manage procurementadministration
  • Consult with supervisor to manage problems/risks and make recommendationstimeously
  • Negotiate and coordinate the conclusion of the agreement with suppliers to meetcustomer expectations
  • Build and maintain healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships
  • Access analyses procurement information independently
