Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and oversee the delivery of comprehensive nursing care for patients in Paediatrics, NICU and Labour & Delivery, including the management of complex clinical cases.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate advanced nursing interventions in accordance with current clinical standards and evidence-based practice.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance and expertise to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, safe and consistent care delivery.
- Serve as a clinical resource and advisor on specialty nursing matters to patients, families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Mentor and guide junior nurses, Assistant Nurse Clinicians and other team members to support clinical competence, professional development and career progression.
