Responsibilities

• Operate the A and B Mill, adjust equipment, and conduct product testing to maximize yield and quality.
• Manage kiln production, groat and steel cut grading, secondary grading systems, and operate colour sorters.
• Maintain documentation of production data in computerized systems.
• Support sanitation, safety, planning, and cross-department communication for smooth operations.
