Hiring | AMM – Core Product Development (Apparel)
Location: Gurgaon
Budget: ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,35,000 per month
Experience: 13–15 Years
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Merchandising Manager – Core PD (Apparel) with strong exposure to buying house/export operations and US market handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage brand communication for delivery updates and critical alerts
• Coordinate daily with buyers for production activities and submissions
• Drive aggressive T&A and line plans with factories; conduct weekly shop floor visits (NCR region)
• Lead cross-functional meetings at office and factory level
• Publish weekly WIP, Fit, and Production trackers
• Ensure on-time PP submissions, PCD adherence, and shipments
• Track vendor performance across Fit, Fabric, Color & Trims timelines
