assistant mechanical engineer

This role provides essential support in the hands-on execution of mechanical projects and on-site technical tasks. The Assistant Engineer is responsible for assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including daily progress reports, timesheets, and Permits to Work (PTW). This position focuses on supporting senior engineering staff in troubleshooting, equipment inspection, and ensuring that project sites adhere to technical specifications and safety standards

Field Support: Support the Mechanical Engineer in the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation and filing of technical documentation, including daily progress reports, site timesheets, and bills of materials.

Drafting & CAD: Provide basic assistance in maintaining technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
