Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time. Dealer Query & claim analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) . Query & claim validation: approved / returned / rejected within shortest time. Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time. High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc) Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadline Warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier New Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system.
