Assistant Manager - Warehouse Systems and Application Lead

Position Overview

The Warehouse Systems & Applications Lead is a hybrid operational and technical role responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives in the warehouse. This position combines deep knowledge of warehouse operations with hands‑on system development capabilities to design, build, and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), RF/mobile applications, dashboards, and workflow automation tools. The role will work closely with warehouse operations teams to translate operational workflows into scalable digital solutions, improve operational visibility, reduce manual processes, and enhance overall warehouse efficiency through automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
