Assistant Manager - Vendor Development

Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, capacity, capability , pricing, and reliability.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors.
Develop vendors for new parts, processes, or improved performance through training and support.
Having market knowledge to track the RM trends with detail data.
Strong in commercial and negotiation with good skills ZBC 
Analyse cost drivers and identify areas for VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering),Alternate sourcing, second sourcing ,Risk mitigation and cost reduction.
Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities.
Work closely with Procurement, Quality, R&D, Production, and Finance teams to align vendor activities with business goals.
Ensure smooth communication flow and resolution of issues across departments.
