3. Support the business in day to day activities and issues
4. Forecasting of monthly performance
5. Performance monitoring and feedback on regular basis

1. Ensuring Monthly Accounts Closing, MIS & Reconciliation of Books with MIS
2. Ensure timely closing of billing
3. Systematic review of GL to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in order to facilitate an accurate MIS with least reconciliation items.
