Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Transport & Delivery is responsible for overseeing end-to-end transportation operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries. The role manages daily transport execution, Transport Management System (TMS) compliance, collection order coordination, and loading accuracy to support service level commitments and operational excellence.
This position works closely with warehouse, customer service, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery plans are executed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and continuous improvements are driven across transport and delivery processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily transport operations, including truck allocation, route planning, and delivery execution across customers, DCs, and wholesalers.
