Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Hire Faster)
End-to-end ownership of recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including senior hiring (>20 LPA CTC). (50%Tech & 50%Non Tech)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and business-critical positions.
Ensure faster TAT in closing open roles while maintaining high quality of hires.
