Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and business-critical positions.
Ensure faster TAT in closing open roles while maintaining high quality of hires.
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and design effective hiring strategies.
2. Talent Branding
Design and execute initiatives that strengthen our employer brand across digital platforms.
Partner with marketing/communications to amplify the company’s talent story on social media, events, and career portals.
Build innovative campaigns to attract top talent.
3. Stakeholder Management
Act as the bridge between business leaders and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Proactively manage expectations of multiple stakeholders while driving recruitment outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure hiring goals are met within timelines.
