Job Description

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee engagement initiatives and office administration. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
The role works closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve HR processes, strengthen employee engagement, and support a well-managed and productive workplace.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Services
Serve as the first-line support for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general HR inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS)
