Key Responsibilities
1. Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Maintain audit readiness and enforce EHS policies.
2. Inventory Management
-
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of RM & FG.

Implement FIFO/FEFO practices.

Conduct cycle counts and stock audits; resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate documentation and ERP/WMS records.
3. Team & Coordination
-
Supervise warehouse/store staff and manage daily operations.
