Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Solutions is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customized logistics solutions for e-commerce marketplaces and retailers. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Finance, Commercial, Tech, and Network Planning—to ensure the delivery of scalable, customer-centric logistics products that drive commercial and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver and strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics, capable of managing complex solutions and aligning multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
