Staff management
  • Help hire, train, and supervise waiters, kitchen helpers, and restaurant staff
  • Make staff schedules and manage shifts
  • Handle performance issues and discipline when needed.
Customer service
  • Handle customer complaints or special requests
  • Make sure guests are satisfied with service and food quality.
  • Step in during busy hours to support floor operations
Daily operations
  • Open and close the restaurant
  • Check cleanliness hygiene and safety standards
  • Monitor table turnover and service flow
Inventory and order
  • Help track food , drinks and supplies
  • Assist with ordering stock and reducing waste
Cash and reports
  • Assist with daily sales reports and cash handing
  • Support POS system checks and closing reports.
