Key Responsibilities
Security Operations Management Ensure smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of security operations across all shifts.
Maintain 24x7 security coverage of plant premises, assets, employees, visitors, and critical infrastructure.
Supervise deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of contract security personnel and security agencies.
Ensure strict implementation of access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Monitor gate operations, vehicle movement, parking management, and material inward/outward processes.
Conduct regular patrols and surveillance activities to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities. Surveillance & Access Control Monitor and ensure effective functioning of CCTV systems, access control systems, boom barriers, visitor management systems, and other security infrastructure.
