Role Summary
The Assistant Manager Sales Operations oversees all operational workflows that support partner onboarding, go-live readiness, inventory management, and administrative account processes. The role ensures smooth execution, high-quality service delivery, and strong collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop four core teams: Onboarding, Restaurant Operations, Inventory Management and Admin Account Managers.
  • Manage performance, KPIs, and SLA delivery across all regions.
  • Onboarding Operations

  • Ensure fast and accurate activation of new partners.
  • Oversee training, credentials creation, tablet delivery, technical support, switches, and merges.
