Position: Assistant Manager Sales – Generator Sales

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Sales with experience in diesel/gas generator sales to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for generator sales
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & consultants
Prepare technical and commercial proposals
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution & after-sales support
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
3–5 years of relevant generator or industrial equipment sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Sound technical understanding of power solutions (preferred)
