Assistant Manager, Sales Control

Supporting the Sales and Marketing Division, this position will overseesales control activity, ensure compliance and drive accurate financialreporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales control operations on timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
• Oversee sales closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and present the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and analysis of budgets
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to reconcile sales and inventory data
• Manage product mix of sales in line with supply chain and business plans
• Drive process improvements and maintain/update SOPs
• Lead system and ERP enhancements to improve operational efficiency
• Supervise and develop a team of Sales Control staff
