Job summary
The position is responsible for assisting the general manager in the daily operation of the restaurant.
Summary of essential job functions
Manages the entire restaurant operation in absence of the general manager.Assists the general manager in ensuring that the restaurant is fully staffed, operational, clean, and maintained.Assists the general manager in completing daily opening and closing checks to ensure quality operations; manages corrections as necessary.Assists with profit and loss management by assisting the general manager with food cost controls, inventory management, par level projections, labor management, and purchasing.Ensures that all standards of service are being executed to the highest standard.Ensures that all menu items are being executed to the highest standard.Maintains complete knowledge of and can execute all essential job duties within th...
